आध्यात्मिक उन्नति ..(Spiritual growth ..)

आध्यात्मिक उन्नति  यह सर्वज्ञात तथ्य है कि भौतिक उन्नति मन को अशांति और आध्यात्मिक उन्नति शांति प्रदान करती है। भौतिक विभूतियां मन को ललचाती हैं - चुभाती हैं। इसमें कामना और वासना का अंतहीन खेल चलता रहता है। हम जानते हैं कि कामना अनंत आकाश की तरह विस्तृत है और भूल-भुलैया वाली छलना है, जबकि आध्यात्मिक अग्नि में तपकर निकले हुए व्यक्ति के लिए फिर किसी ध्यान, धारणा, समाधि की आवश्यकता नहीं होती, क्योंकि काम, क्रोध, लोभ और मोह तो सभी इस अग्नि में जलकर स्वाहा हो जाते हैं। तब फिर अन्य भौतिक सुखों की आकांक्षा ही कहां रह जाती है जीवन में। इसीलिए संत सर्वदा धर्म के साथ चलने की सलाह देते हैं। धर्म और अध्यात्म की शरण में आया व्यक्ति आगे कभी भौतिक संसार के इंद्रधनुषी मायाजाल में नहीं फंस सकता, क्योंकि उसे संसार मिथ्या लगने लगता है। इस संसार के सभी आकर्षण व्यर्थ प्रतीत होने लगते हैं। हमारे जीवन में कभी-कभी ऐसे संत मनीषियों का प्रादुर्भाव हो जाता है जो केवल भजन करते हुए अपना समस्त जीवन व्यतीत कर रहे होते हैं। इस प्रकार के संतों की आध्यात्मिक उन्नति, उनके ललाट पर रवि-किरणों की तरह दमकती रहती है। इन्हें संसार की किसी वस्तु का लोभ नहीं होता।  अध्यात्म की विशेषता है कि वह वश में न आने वाले मन को मांजता है जैसे कोई कालिख लगे बर्तन को मल-मल कर धोता है। यदि एक बार भी मन चमक गया तो फिर जल्दी किसी वशीकरण में नहीं उलझता। इस स्थिति में साधक ईश्वरी-पथ पर आगे बढ़ते हुए संतों की श्रेणी में आ जाता है। फिर आप ही बताएं, जो ऐसे पलों से गुजर जाएगा तो फिर उसे भौतिक जगत की कौन सी वस्तु लुभावनी लग सकती है? अब प्रश्न उठता है कि संसार में रहकर, उसके प्रलोभनों से कैसे बचा जाए। यह सचमुच बहुत मुश्किल काम है, लेकिन असंभव नहीं है। ऐसा इसलिए, क्योंकि हम जानते हैं कि दृढ़ इच्छाशक्ति और मन को वश में करके संसार में रहते हुए, इसके प्रलोभनों से आसानी से बचा जा सकता है। गीता का निष्काम कर्म योग इसी दिशा में आगे बढ़ने की प्रेरणा देता है। किसी संत मनीषी की शरण में रहकर आप अपनी आध्यात्मिक उन्नति कर सकते हैं। यही उन्नति जीवन को निर्मल और पवित्र बनाती है और मोक्ष की ओर अग्रसर कर देती है।
