साधना की अवस्था ..(Silence curve..)

साधना की गहराई की तीव्रता कितनी होती है, यह इस बात पर निर्भर करता है कि हम अपने देवी-देवताओं को कितनी सजीवतापूर्वक मन में उतार पा रहे हैं। जिस भाव को हम अपने मनोयोग में उतार लेते हैं, वह उतनी ही गहराई तक हमारे मस्तिष्क में जगह बना लेता है। हमारे शास्त्रों में भी इस तरह के प्रसंग हैं। इस संसार में इतने सारे जीव-जंतु विचरण करते हैं, जो सजीव और देहधारी हैं। वे अपने पूरे शरीर को लेकर घूम रहे हैं, लेकिन कुछ ऐसे भी जीव हैं, जिनके शरीर नहीं होते, शरीर के नष्ट होते ही उनकी भाषा भी समाप्त हो गई। कुछ ऐसी भी भाषा होती है जिनमें शब्दों का कोई महत्व नहीं होता। जो साधक होते हैं वे ध्वनि के बगैर संगीत सुनना पसंद करते हैं। इसका मतलब कि वे ऐसा संगीत सुनना पसंद करते हैं, जिसमें कोई स्वर ही न हो। गाने वाला गाता है, सुनने वाला सुनता है। यहां ऐसा आंतरिक टेलीफोन लगा रहता है, जिसे सिर्फ वही महसूस कर सकता है जो पूरे मनोयोग में रहता है। हम लोग कई बार अपने जीवन में देखते हैं कि हम जिस चीज की कामना या कल्पना करते हैं, कोई दूसरा भी उसी की कामना या कल्पना कर रहा होता है। इस तरह से हम कह सकते हैं कि यहां पर दोनों के तार मिले हुए हैं। जैसा हमने सोचा, वैसा ही दूसरे ने भी सोच लिया। वास्तव में हमारे मस्तिष्क या हृदय से तरंगें निकलती हैं और वे दूसरे के शरीर में प्रवेश करती हैं।  जो साधक होगा वह अंतर्मन का सजग प्रहरी होगा। वह जानता है कि जो अंदर से जाग्रत है, वही वास्तव में जगा है, क्योंकि उसके तार परमात्मा से सीधे जुड़े होते हैं। उसकी यात्र अज्ञान से ज्ञान, असत्य से सत्य, अंधकार से प्रकाश और परिधि से केंद्र की तरफ होती है। साधना की कई अवस्थाएं हैं, लेकिन मूल रूप से कुछ यम-नियमों का पालन करके ही हम इस दिशा में आगे बढ़ सकते हैं। हम सच्चे साधक इसलिए नहीं बन पाते, क्योंकि हम शरीर रूपी इस ब्रह्मांड को कभी समझने का प्रयास ही नहीं करते हैं। सारा ब्रह्मांड इस शरीर में ही है। अपने चक्रों को जाग्रत कर हम साधना की उच्च पराकाष्ठा पर पहुंच सकते हैं। आज आवश्यकता इस बात की है कि हम दुनियादारी की दौड़धूप से परे रहकर स्वयं को समझने का और जानने का प्रयास करें। इसी से हम अपना भला कर सकते हैं।
