हम ठीक हो तो हमसे छोटे खुद सही राह पर आ जाएंगे ..(We're fine us little Itself will come on track...)

प्राय: कहा जाता है कि हमें ऐसा व्यवहार किसी के साथ नहीं करना चाहिए जो हमें अपने लिए पसंद नहीं है। साथ ही हमें यह स्मरण रखना चाहिए कि हमारा व्यवहार ही हमारे बारे में सबको बताता है कि हम कैसे हैं। यही नहीं, हमारे अच्छे या बुरे व्यवहार से ही हमारे माता-पिता, हमारे परिवार तथा हमारे परिचित लोगों का सम्मान भी बढ़ता या घटता है। 

हरिनाम का प्रचार करने वाले महान वैष्णव आचार्य भक्तिवेदांत स्वामी महाराज बताते हैं कि श्रीमद भगवद गीता में भगावन श्रीकृष्ण ने स्पष्ट रूप से कहा है कि परिवार का मुखिया अथवा नेता या फिर कोई प्रसिद्ध व्यक्ति जैसा आचरण करता है, सामान्य लोग या बच्चे उससे वही सीखते हैं।

बड़े अपने कार्यों या व्यवहार से जो आदर्श प्रस्तुत करते हैं, उन पर निर्भर लोग या उन्हें अपने से श्रेष्ठ मानने वाले उनका अनुसरण करते हैं। यदि बड़े रूखा व्यवहार करेंगे तो छोटे कड़वा ही बोलेंगे। राजा, शासनाधिकारी, पिता-माता या शिक्षक आदि अबोध जनता के स्वभाविक नेता माने जाते हैं। अतः उन्हें अपने आचरण के प्रति बहुत सजग रहना चाहिए। हम अपने बच्चों को, आने वाली पीढ़ी को जो सिखाएंगे, वही हमें आगे चलकर मिलेगा। अगर हम आपसी प्रेम व्यवहार, मीठी वाणी का व्यवहार करेंगे तो बच्चे वही सीखेंगे और उसी का पालन करेंगे। इससे परिवार का तो भला होगा ही, समाज और देश का भी लाभ होगा। 

सभी प्राणियों में से केवल मनुष्य में यह योग्यता है कि वह अपना सही-गलत पहचान सकता है। मनुष्य ही यह पहचान कर सकता है कि उसका यह कर्म आगे चल कर उसका लाभ करेगा अथवा हानि। क्योंकि भगवान ने मनुष्य को बुद्धि के साथ विवेक भी दिया है जिससे वह सही व गलत को तथा नित्य व अनित्य को समझ सकता है। लेकिन आजकल मनुष्य ही मनुष्य का दुश्मन हो गया है। भाई को भाई फूटी आंख नहीं भाता। क्योंकि हम रोज-रोज अपने बड़ों को छोटे-छोटे फायदे के लिए झगड़ते देख रहे हैं। हम बड़े मानवता का धर्म छोड़ कर पशुता को अपनाते रहे हैं। यही कारण है कि आजकल हर जगह वृद्धाश्रम की बाढ़ सी आ गई है। यह वही धरती है जिसमें राम ने पिता का वचन निभाने के लिए, सारा राज-पाट त्याग दिया था, जहां श्रवण कुमार जैसे पुत्र की गाथा गायी जाती है, जहां देश के लिए सूली पर लटक जाने वाले भगत सिंह का नाम लेकर मां फख्र करती है।

सच बात तो यह है कि हम बड़े सुधरेंगे तो हमसे छोटे अपने-आप सही राह पर आ जाएंगे। हम बड़े समाज के गरीब लोगों की सहायता करेंगे, दूसरों को धोखा नहीं देंगे, अपने माता-पिता व गुरुजनों का सम्मान करेंगे, संसार को बनाने वाले के प्रति आस्था रखेंगे तो अगली पीढ़ी अपने आप सही राह पर चलने लगेगी।
