मानवीयता ..(Humanity ..)

मानव के समक्ष दो ही रास्ते हैं -एक मानवता का और दूसरा दानवता का। ज्यों ही मनुष्य मानवता से हटता है, त्यों ही उसमें दानवता आ जाती है। दानवता आकर्षित जरूर करती है, लेकिन इसकी उम्र ज्यादा लंबी नहीं होती, जबकि मानवता मृत्यु के बाद भी आपको जिंदा रखती है। स्वामी विवेकानंद, महर्षि दयानंद सरस्वती, विनोबा भावे, महात्मा गांधी आदि महापुरुषों ने अपना पूरा जीवन मानवता के नाम कर दिया, जिससे उन्हें आज भी श्रद्धापूर्वक याद किया जाता है। शास्त्रों में मानवीयता को मनुष्य का आभूषण कहा गया है। मानवीयता किसी मनुष्य की सुंदर देह से नहीं, बल्कि उसके कर्मो से आंकी जाती है। दूसरों को दुख-दर्द देने वाला व्यक्ति कभी खुश नहीं रह सकता है, जबकि दूसरों की सहायता करने वाले व्यक्ति की मदद स्वयं ईश्वर करते हैं। गीता में लिखा है कि कर्म किए जा, फल की इच्छा मत कर। इसका सार यही है कि जैसे कर्म करोगे, फल भी वैसा मिलेगा। कहते हैं कि स्वर्ग-नर्क कहीं और नहीं, बल्कि इसी धरती पर हैं। महाभारत काल में पांडवों ने दुर्योधन से केवल पांच गांव मांगे थे, लेकिन दुर्योधन ने सुई की नोंक के बराबर जमीन भी देने से इनकार कर दिया। इसके परिणामस्वरूप युद्ध हुआ। मानवता जीती और दानवता हारी। दूसरों का हक मारकर दुर्योधन बनने में कतई समझदारी नहीं है। 1 दरअसल, मानवधर्म ही धर्म का सर्वश्रेष्ठ स्वरूप है। मानव धर्म यही सिखाता है कि सभी वर्गो को एक होकर अपनी सभी शक्तियों का प्रयोग अहिंसा, विकास और सत्य को उजागर करने में करना चाहिए। इस धरा पर जितने भी व्यक्ति महान हुए, उन्होंने निश्चित रूप से मानव धर्म का पालन किया। महावीर ने जीवों पर अत्याचार होते देखा, तो उनकी रूह कांप उठी और उन्होंने लोगों को समझाया कि जीव हत्या मत करो, क्योंकि उन्हें भी वैसी ही पीड़ा होती है, जैसी तुम्हें। कभी कसाई की दुकान पर जाकर जानवर को कटते देखना, यदि आपकी रूह नहीं जागी, तो समझ लेना कि आपके भीतर से मानवता निकल गई है। और जब मानवता खत्म हो जाती है, तो वह इंसान भी खत्म हो जाता है। हमारा-आपका अस्तित्व ही नष्ट न हो जाए, इसलिए मानवीय बने रहने में भलाई है। किसी का जीवन छीन लेना जिंदगी नहीं है, बल्कि किसी को जीवन देना जिंदगी है।
