मन की ताकत ..(Mind Power ..)

जीवित शरीर में मन का निवास है। मन ज्ञान और कर्म की इंद्रियों को उनके कार्यो में लगाने का कारक, ज्ञानेंद्रियों व कर्मेद्रियों का अधिपति और उभयेंद्रिय रूप से ग्यारहवीं इंद्रिय से प्रतिष्ठित है। मन में ही सर्वप्रथम सद्-असद् कर्म करने की इच्छा होती है। यह इच्छा ही मन है। मन इतना प्रबल है कि वह बुद्धि के निर्णय को भी स्थगित कर देता है। मन किसी एक इंद्रिय या एक से अधिक इंद्रियों से संयुक्त होकर या क्रमश: युक्त होकर शरीर द्वारा कार्य-निष्पादन कराता है। मन की स्वयं अपनी कोई निजी सत्ता जैसे किसी जड़ चित्र को देखने में केवल नेत्र (ज्ञान) इंद्रिय सक्रिय होती है।  चलचित्र को देखने में नेत्र और श्रवण दो (ज्ञान) इंद्रियां सक्रिय होती हैं। इसी प्रकार कर्मेंद्रियां भी ज्ञानेंद्रियों के साथ या फिर पृथक रूपेण कर्म-निष्पादन में सहायक होती हैं। आत्मा साक्षी रूप है। इसलिए ज्ञान और कर्म, बुद्धि-मन के स्तर तक सीमित रहते हैं। सर्वप्रथम मन की प्रेरणा से ज्ञानेंद्रियां अपने विषयार्र्थो से युक्त होकर ज्ञान का संदेश मन के माध्यम से बुद्धि को देती हैं। तदनुसार बुद्धि मन के माध्यम से कर्मेद्रिय को प्रेरित कर कर्म संपन्न करती है। इस क्रम का आरंभ और अंत मन ही है। मन ही पंच ज्ञानेंद्रियों और पंच कर्मेद्रियों की ऊर्जा को प्रेरित कर उन्हें सक्रिय करता है। इनकी सक्रियता जीवन और निष्क्रियता जड़ता (मृत्यु) है। यह सक्रियता जीवन-ऊर्जा (प्राण) के कारण है। जो इंद्रियों के माध्यम से व्यक्त होती है और जिनका प्रेरक केवल मन है। बुद्धि के निर्णयों को संपादित करना मन पर निर्भर है। मन, बुद्धि के अत्यंत निकट है। वह (मन) अंतिम रूप से, आत्म-कार्र्यो का प्रकाशक होने से आत्मा और बंधन का कारण है। इस प्रकार कार्य-योजना के उद्भव से कार्य-निष्पादन तक की प्रवृत्तियों का प्रेरक-संचालक मन है, जो इंद्रियों में संचित ऊर्जा (प्राण) को उद्दीप्त करके अपना प्रयोजन सिद्ध करता है। मन का प्राण अहं (अहंकार) है। यही अहंकार मन को सदैव सक्रिय रखता है। अहंकार की सद्प्रकृति विवेक से और असद् प्रकृति अविवेक से सीधे जुड़ी होती है। बुद्धि इन्ही द्वंद्वों का संयुक्त रूप है। मन की ताकत अपार है, लेकिन इसे सही दिशा देने में ही मानव एवं विश्व का कल्याण है।
