महत्वाकांक्षा ..(Ambition ..)

महत्वाकांक्षा सबसे दृढ़ व रचनात्मक शक्ति है। जीवन का अर्थ महत्वाकांक्षा है। यह ऊर्जा और दृढ़ता का समन्वय है। जहां स्पष्ट लक्ष्य नैतिक संरचना के साथ होते हैं। जीतना या प्राप्त करना सभी को प्रिय लगता है। जीतना गति की तीव्रता को कई गुना बढ़ाता है। जीतने पर अगली बार की चुनौतियों के लिए और अधिक तैयार होने के लिए अवसर मिल जाता है। महत्वाकांक्षा सीमा पार करके अहं और लोभ में परिवर्तित हो जाती है। इससे आत्मविनाश की संभावनाएं बढ़ जाती हैं। जो कुछ भी पहले से है, उससे संतुष्ट न होना ही महत्वाकांक्षा है। क्षमताओं और निपुणताओं को व्यापक करने के लिए क्रिया और आगे बढ़ने का प्रयास अनिवार्य है। चुनौतियां लेना महत्वाकांक्षा की प्रक्रिया का एक भाग है। मानव व्यवहार के सभी संवेगों में महत्वाकांक्षा सबसे शक्तिशाली है। इसमें बहुत कुछ खोना पड़ता है। चुनौतियां काम को अधिक संतोषजनक बनाती हैं। महत्वाकांक्षा सभी में पाई जाती है, पर इसकी एक पैमाना होता है जिस पर निर्भर करता है कि कितनी दूर जाने की इच्छा है और कितने में प्रसन्नता कायम रह सकती है। महत्वाकांक्षा ऊर्जा और दृढ़ता है, परंतु यह लक्ष्यों को पूर्ण करने का आमंत्रण भी है। ऊर्जा और उद्देश्य रखने वाले सफलता पाते हैं। जो माता-पिता कठिन किंतु वास्तविक चुनौतियों का सामना करते हैं, वे सफलता का अनुमोदन करते हैं, असफलता को सहज लेते हैं और उनके बच्चे अधिकतम आत्मविश्वासी होते हैं। सुख के सूत्र की यह उड़ान मूल्यवान है। मनुष्य से बड़ा सत्य कोई नहीं है। पुरुषार्थ में आस्था, विश्वास और संघर्ष की विजय का संदेश छिपा रहता है। किसी को पकड़कर कभी कोई शिखर पर नहीं पहुंचता। अपनी प्रतिभा ही लक्ष्य तक ले जाती है। वास्तविक संघर्ष इतिहास पुरुष बनाता है। विषमताओं के विष को अमृत बनाना जीवन का उद्देश्य है। चाहे जितनी सफलता मिले पर तृप्ति न होने पर भूख बढ़ती जाती है। पद किसी को भी दिया जाता है, पर उसकी पहचान बनाए रखना या उससे श्रेष्ठतर बनना कर्मयोगी ही जानते हैं। अभाव में पहचान बनाए रखना ही साधना है। प्रभाव देखने के लिए संघर्ष की आग में तपना पड़ता है। नि:स्वार्थ प्रशंसा आगे बढ़ाती है। समय आने पर संसार सभी प्रश्नों का उत्तर पा जाता है। सपनों को जीना आरंभ करने पर शक्ति आती है। प्रत्येक संघर्ष में मील का पत्थर बनने के लिए महत्वाकांक्षा जीवन का प्राणतत्व है।

Winning or getting everyone is dear to everyone. Winning increases the intensity of motion multiplied. On winning, there is an opportunity to be more prepared for the next time challenges. Ambition crosses the boundaries and turns into ego and greed. This increases the possibility of self-destruction. Whatever is already there is no ambition to be satisfied with it. Action to move capabilities and accomplishments is essential. Taking the challenges is a part of the ambition process. Ambition is the most powerful in all the moments of human behavior. There is a lot to lose in this. Challenges make work more satisfying. Ambition is found in everyone, but there is a scale on which depends on how far it is to go, and how much happiness can be sustained. Ambition is energy and perseverance, but it is also an invitation to complete goals. Energy and purpose seekers find success. Parents who face difficult but real challenges, they endorse success, take disenchance of failure and their children are most confident. This flight of the source of happiness is valuable. There is no greater truth than man. In Purushartha, the message of faith, faith and victory of struggle remains hidden. Never catching anybody at any peak Your talent only goes to the goal. The real struggle history makes men. The aim of life is to make nectar toxicity of inequities. Regardless of success, hunger increases if there is no fulfillment.
