संत - चरित्र ..(Saint - Character..)

हमें प्रयास करना है कि संसार में अच्छाई को बल मिले। सभी में ईश्वरीय जीवन वितरित हो, धैर्य का जीवन वितरित हो। संतों-ऋषियों को पता होना चाहिए कि अपनी ऊर्जा कहां लगानी है। संतों के श्रेष्ठ जीवन की बड़ी लंबी परंपरा है। इसमें अब शिथिलता आई है। युगों का परिवर्तन होता रहता है, जब कलियुग समाप्त हो जाएगा, तब पुन: सतयुग आएगा। सभी भावों में परिष्कार आएगा, सही भावों में मजबूती आएगी। संतों के संबंध में अपने मनोबल और मनोभावों को यह सोचकर दूषित नहीं करना चाहिए कि अब संत नहीं रहे। ईश्वर की फैक्ट्री कभी बंद होने वाली नहीं है। एक फैक्ट्री बंद होती है, तो तमाम फैक्टियां खुल जाती हैं। जो ईश्वर की प्रक्रिया है, उसमें कभी भी संतत्व लुप्त नहीं होता है। संत ईश्वर के प्रतिनिधि हैं। संत में गुणवत्ता की कमी आ जाना संभव है, लेकिन संतत्व पूरी तरह से कभी लुप्त नहीं होता। लोगों को आज आशंका होती है, संतों पर प्रश्न उठते हैं। फिर भी यदि विवेचना की जाए तो अनेक ऐसे संत मिलेंगे, जिनका जीवन पवित्र है, जो पूरा जीवन समाज के लिए लगा रहे हैं। ऐसा नहीं सोचना चाहिए कि संपूर्ण संतत्व लांछित हो गया है। जैसे कभी मंदी आ जाती है, मजबूती गायब हो जाती है, तो कभी मंदी दूर हो जाती है, मजबूती आ जाती है। परिवर्तन चलता रहता है, ठीक इसी तरह से संतत्व समाज का सर्वाधिक महत्वपूर्ण पक्ष है। संत हमें ईश्वर के प्रतिनिधि रूप में प्राप्त हैं। देवर्षि नारद स्वयं एक संत हैं, हर युग में उनकी उपस्थिति मानी जाती है। वे हमेशा ही रहते हैं। उन्होंने अपने ग्रंथ नारद भक्ति सूत्र में लिखा है कि संत में और भगवान में कोई भेद नहीं होता। भगवान की जो भावना होती है, जो उसके गुण होते हैं, जो उसकी क्रिया होती है, जिस तरह से परिवर्तन होते हैं, वे सभी संतों में भी होते हैं। रामानंद संप्रदाय में एक संत हुए नाभादास। उन्होंने संत चरित्र की रचना भक्तमाल के रूप में की। उन्होंने भी यही कहा कि भक्त और भगवान में भेद नहीं होता। सारे वेदों में संत तत्व एक ही है। संत एक जैसे नहीं होते, लेकिन संतत्व का जो सही परिमार्जित स्वरूप है, वह ईश्वर की भावना का स्वरूप है। इन्हीं भावों को ईश्वरों ने शास्त्रों के रूप में प्रस्तुत किया। संतों ने ईश्वर के लिए समर्पित होकर शास्त्र ज्ञान को संसार के लिए समर्पित किया।
