जीवन का लक्ष्य ..(The goal of life ..)

मनुष्य के सम्यक विकास में शिक्षा का विशेष महत्व है। शिक्षा मनुष्य के आंतरिक गुणों के विकास की प्रक्रिया का नाम है, लेकिन अफसोस, शिक्षा बच्चों के लिए अधिकाधिक सूचनाएं एकत्र करने का माध्यम बनकर रह गई है। इससे भी भयावह स्थिति तब होती है, जब दिल पर चोट लगती है, जब हमारा अपना भविष्य यानी कोई बच्चा रास्ते में कूड़ा-करकट बीनते दिखता है। निराश्रित और असहाय बनकर गली-कूचे और चौराहों पर भीख मांगते दिखता है। हम सभी नित्य-प्रतिदिन अक्सर आगे बढ़ने की होड़ में ऐसी तमाम चीजों और घटनाओं को नजरअंदाज करते हुए बढ़ते जाते हैं, लेकिन क्या हमने कभी सोचा है कि जीवन के मायने क्या हैं? इस छोटे से जीवन में जिसमें सांसों की पूंजी सीमित है, क्या हम कुछ ऐसा न कर लें कि इस संसार से जाने के बाद भी लोगों के मन में हमारे लिए प्यार बना रहे। जो भी महापुरुष हुए हैं, सबके पास हमारी ही तरह चौबीस घंटे का समय रहा है, लेकिन उन्होंने समय का सदुपयोग करते हुए ऐसे तमाम सेवा प्रकल्प चलाए जिससे वे आज भी अमर हैं। अपना गुजारा तो हर कोई कर लेता है, लेकिन अपने साथ-साथ यदि औरों के भले की बात हम सोचकर कुछ अच्छा करते रहें तो शायद आदर्श बन जाते हैं। ध्यान रहे कि स्वयं की चाहत के लिए नहीं, बल्कि समाज और राष्ट्र की राहत के लिए यदि हम आज के बच्चों को शिक्षित बना सकें, उनका चरित्र निर्माण कर सकें, उन्हें संस्कारवान बना सकें और अच्छे-बुरे की पहचान करा सकें तो शायद जीवन सफल होगा। आर्थिक रूप से समर्थ लोगों को निराश्रित, असहाय और उपेक्षित बच्चों के लिए जगह-जगह विद्यालय खोलकर उन्हें अपने पैरों पर खड़ा करने के लिए सेवा प्रकल्प चलाए जाने चाहिए। अनेक लोग ऐसा कर भी रहे हैं। ऐसे प्रकल्पों का एकमात्र उद्देश्य है-समाज से किसी भी प्रकार से बेरोजगारी दूर हो। इससे भी बड़ी बात कि हमें भारत के नागरिक होने के नाते अपने कर्तव्य का बोध हो। तीर्थ-स्थल घूमना, मंदिर जाना भी तभी सफल होगा जब हम किसी भूखे को भोजन करा सकें, भटके को राह दिखा सकें और किसी गिरे को उठाकर गले लगा सकें।
