परोपकार ....(Charity ..)

मानव जीवन जितना खुली आंखों से दिखता है उतना ही रहस्मय भी है। रहस्य इसलिए है, क्योंकि एक दिन जीता-जागता व्यक्ति इस संसार में नहीं रहता। कुछ समय तक जीवित रह चुकने के बाद भी वह जीते-जागते अपने लोगों के लिए कालांतर में विडंबना बन जाता है। मृत्यु का सच सामने आने के बाद जीवित लोग भी अपरिचित व अदृश्य भय से भर जाते हैं। यह डर सबको लगता है। निर्धन, धनवान सभी मनुष्य इससे पीड़ित होते हैं। निर्धन मानव रोजगार के लिए संघर्ष करता है। रोजी-रोटी के प्रबंध में स्वयं को प्रवृत्त करता है। उसका जीवन परिश्रमी होता है। वह पसीना बहाता हुआ अपने रोजगार की दिशा में कार्यरत रहता है। इन गुणों के आधार पर उसका समय सदुपयोगी होकर व्यतीत होता रहता है। धनवान व्यक्ति के पास जीने के लिए आधारभूत आवश्यक सुख-सुविधाएं विरासत के रूप में उपलब्ध हैं। आज संसार में बहुत लोग संसाधन-संपन्न हैं। अपनी समृद्धि की उपयुक्तता सिद्ध करने के लिए उन्हें सामाजिक-आर्थिक रूप से पिछड़े लोगों के जीवन को भी समृद्ध बनाने की दिशा में काम करना चाहिए। उन्हें अपनी धन-संपत्ति का उपयोग निर्धनता का उन्मूलन करने में करना चाहिए। निर्धन लोगों के परिश्रम को मान-सम्मान देने सहित उन्हें अच्छा पारिश्रमिक भी देना चाहिए। परोपकार का यह सूत्र निश्चय ही संसार में मानवता को बढ़ाएगा। अमीर लोगों को यह विचार अवश्य करना चाहिए कि जीवन क्षणभंगुर है। इसे जितना अधिक कल्याणकारी कार्यो में लगाया जाए उतना अच्छा प्रतिफल प्राप्त होगा। आधारभूत जीवन आवश्यकताओं से पूर्ण मनुष्यों को अपनी दैनिक समझ को नए कोण से परखना होगा। किसी बात, अनुभव को वे अब तक जिस वर्षो पुराने दृष्टिकोण से देखते आए हैं उसमें अल्प परिवर्तन भी यदि वे करते हैं तो जीवन का उत्प्रेरक तत्व उन्हें स्पष्ट दिखाई देने लगेगा। नि:संदेह यहां से उनका जीवन संघर्षशील लोगों के लिए परोपकारी आयाम बन कर खड़ा होगा। समाज के बड़े व शक्तिशाली लोगों को अपनी तन-मन-धन की शक्तियों को गरीब जनता के उत्थान में लगाना चाहिए। इस उपक्रम से दो काम अवश्य होंगे। गरीबों का भला तो होगा ही, अमीर भी आनंदित, ऊर्जावान महसूस करेंगे।
