प्राय: हम बहुत-सी अच्छी पुस्तकें खरीद लाते हैं और उन्हें शेल्फ में सजाकर रख देते हैं कि आराम से पढ़ेंगे। लेकिन वो दिन कभी नहीं आता। माना कि आप अत्यधिक व्यस्त हैं तो भी पढ़ने का समय निकालिए। पुस्तकें कितनी भी अच्छी क्यों न हों उनकी सार्थकता पढ़ने में है न कि मात्र खरीद लेने में। कई बार हम कोई अच्छी-सी प्रेरक पुस्तक पढ़ते हैं और हमें लगता है कि इसमें हमारे लिए कई जीवनोपयोगी सूत्र हैं। हम ऐसे सूत्रों को रेखांकित कर लेते हैं, उन्हें कंठस्थ कर लेते हैं। लेकिन ऐसे सूत्रों की सार्थकता उन्हें रटने में नहीं अपितु तुरंत व्यवहार में लाने में है। ज्ञान-विज्ञान से लाभान्वित होना अपेक्षित है, सिर्फ पढ़ना नहीं।

हम कोई कार्य, कोई नेक कार्य या कोई नया कार्य करना चाहते हैं, लेकिन हमारा संकोच या संशय हमें कार्य संपन्न करने अथवा पहल करने से रोक देता है। दुष्परिणाम यह होता है कि हम किसी अच्छे कार्य की पहल करने के श्रेय से वंचित रह जाते हैं और कभी-कभी तो बाद में या तो दोबारा उसे करने का अवसर ही नहीं मिलता या वह विचार ही विस्मृति के गर्भ में चला जाता है। संभव है इस कारण लोग सचमुच किसी महान कृति, सिद्धांत अथवा खोज या अनुसंधान से वंचित ही रह जाएं। इसीलिए जरूरी है कि जब भी कोई नया, अनोखा या मौलिक विचार मन में आए सफलता-असफलता की परवाह किए बिना उसे कार्यरूप में परिणत करने के लिए कटिबद्ध हो जाएं।

हम सोचते हैं कि हर विचार को कार्य रूप देना कहां संभव है और यही हमारी सबसे बड़ी भूल है। वास्तव में मनुष्य जो सोच सकता है वह कर भी सकता है। लेकिन अक्सर होता यह है कि असंभव से दिखने वाले ही नहीं, बेहद साधारण से कार्य करने में भी हम कोताही बरतने लगते हैं। कई बार फूल उगाने के लिए हम बीज खरीद लाते हैं। हम बीज तो खरीद लाते हैं, लेकिन उन्हें गमलों या क्यारियों में बोने में कोताही बरतते हैं। ऐसे में फूलों का पूरा सीजन ही निकल जाता है लेकिन बीज बोने का फैसला नहीं कर पाते। क्या सचमुच यह बहुत मुश्किल कार्य है?

यदि बीजों को उसी समय मिट्टी के हवाले कर दिया होता तो आज हम उन फूलों के सौंदर्य और उनकी गंध से वंचित नहीं रहते। सामने के मकान की बालकनी अथवा टैरेस पर जब रंग-बिरंगे व सुगंधित पुष्प अपनी आभा बिखरने लगते हैं, तभी हमें अपने समय पर निर्णय न लेने का अफसोस होता है। 

लेकिन अब पछताए होत क्या जब चिड़िया चुग गई खेत। हमारे विचार भी बीजों की तरह ही होते हैं। उचित समय पर बीज बोने की तरह ही उचित समय पर मन में विचार रूपी बीजें बोना और उनको कार्यरूप में परिणत करना हम सबके हित में होता है।

(Often we have many good books bought, and put them arranged in shelf that read comfortably. But that day never comes. Granted, if you are very busy, take the time to read. How good are not reading books in their significance, not only in making the purchase. Many times we read a nice little motivational book and we think it vital for us to several sources. When we highlighted the sources, manages to memorize them. But the significance of such sources, but not in memorizing them is to immediately treat. Is expected to benefit from science, not just reading.

We have no work, no good work or want a new job, but our confusion or doubt or initiatives stops us getting the job done. This is possible because people have really great work, principle, or discovery or research to be deprived of it. It is, therefore, that whenever a new, unique or original ideas that come to mind, regardless of the success or failure determined to become her into effect.

We think that as every idea to work where possible and that is our biggest mistake. The man who could think he could. But often it is not impossible-looking, extremely simple to work, we seem clumsy manner. Many times we buy seeds for growing flowers bring. We bring seed purchase, but planting them in pots or in beds up being bestowed. The entire season of flowers, planting seeds moves around but can not decide. It is really very difficult task?

If the seeds are handed over at the same time the soil so today we are not deprived of their smell and beauty of flowers. Balcony or terrace in front of the house when the colourful and fragrant flowers start to break his aura, then we would regret not to take decisions on time.

But it is no use crying over spilled milk. Our thoughts are like seeds. Timely sowing seeds form of thoughts in the mind at the same proper time to sow and in everyone's interests that they put into effect.)
