समानता का संदेश ...(The message of equality..)

पैगंबर मोहम्मद साहब ने मक्का विजय के बाद एक नीग्रो गुलाम बिलाल को पवित्र काबा की छत पर चढ़कर नमाज के लिए अजान देने का हुक्म दिया। बिलाल ने कुछ ही समय पहले इस्लाम अपनाया था। जब वह पवित्र काबा की छत पर चढ़ा तो कुछ कुलीन अरब नागरिक चिल्लाकर बोले, ‘ओह! बुरा हो उसका, वह काला हब्शी अजान के लिए पाक काबा की छत पर चढ़ गया।’ अश्वेतों के प्रति यह पूर्वाग्रह देख पैगंबर मोहम्मद साहब परेशान हो गए। उन्होंने कहा, ‘ऐ लोगो! यह याद रखो कि सारी मानव जाति केवल दो श्रेणियों में बंटी है। पहली धर्मनिष्ठ, खुदा से डरने वाली, जो खुदा की दृष्टि में सम्मानित है। दूसरी जो उल्लंघनकारी, अत्याचारी, अपराधी, निर्दयी और कठोर है, जो खुदा की नजर में गिरी हुई है। संसार के सभी लोग एक ही आदमी की औलाद हैं। अल्लाह ने आदम को मिट्टी से पैदा किया था। इसकी सत्यता का प्रमाण पवित्र कुरान मेंहदी इन शब्दों में दिया गया है : ‘ऐ लोगो! हमने तुमको एक मर्द और एक औरत से पैदा किया और तुम्हारी विभिन्न जातियां और वंश बनाए, ताकि तुम एक दूसरे को पहचानो। असल में अल्लाह की निगाह में तुममें सबसे अधिक सम्मानित वह है, जो अल्लाह से सबसे ज्यादा डरने वाला है।' मोहम्मद साहब ने अपने अनुयायियों को हमेशा रूप-रंग, जाति-नस्ल, ऊंच-नीच या किसी भी किस्म के भेदभाव से दूर रहने को कहा। इन उपदेशों से अरब प्रभावित हुए और उन्होंने उनका पूरी तरह पालन किया। उन्होंने इस्लाम अपनाने वाले गुलाम नीग्रो लोगों से अपनी बेटियां ब्याह कर उनसे सम्मानजनक संबंध बनाए। 

सन्देश : सभी धर्मों का आदर करो, सम्मान करो, और हिफाजत करो. यही सच्ची इबादत है, पूजा है.
