महान क्रांतिकारी भगत सिंह जी का अंतिम दिन ..(The last day of the great revolutionary Bhagat Singh ..)

23 मार्च 1931 को फांसी के किसी खौफ से बहुत दूर भगत सिंह अपनी जेल कोठरी में लेनिन की जीवनी पढ़ते रहे। दोपहर के वक्त जेल के अपने साथियों से भगतसिंह ने रसगुल्ले की फरमाइश भेजी। उन्होंने रसगुल्लों का इंतजाम किया। भगतसिंह ने बहुत प्रसन्नता से रसगुल्ले खाए। यही उनका अंतिम भोजन था। इसके बाद भगतसिंह ने फिर से खुद को लेनिन की जीवनी में लीन कर लिया। बुद्धिजीवी तो बड़े-बड़े हुए हैं पर क्या अध्ययनशीलता का ऐसा कोई उदाहरण मिलता है कि मौत सिर पर खड़ी हो और आप पुस्तक पढ़ने में तल्लीन हों? थोड़ी देर में जेल अधिकारियों ने कहा - सरदार जी, फांसी लगाने का हुक्म आ गया है। भगतसिंह ने जवाब दिया - जरा ठहरो, एक क्रांतिकारी दूसरे क्रांतिकारी से मिल रहा है। पुस्तक का जो प्रसंग वे पढ़ रहे थे, उसे समाप्त कर उन्होंने पुस्तक एक ओर रख दी और कहा - चलो। भगतसिंह के साथ, सुखदेव और राजगुरु भी अपनी कोठरियों से बाहर आ गए। इसके बाद तीनों साथी अंतिम बार गले मिले। एक दूसरे की बांहों को हाथ में लेते हुए उन्होंने गीत गाया - ‘दिल से निकलेगी न मर कर भी वतन की उल्फत, मेरी मिट्टी से भी खुशबू-ए-वतन आएगी!’

अंग्रेज अधिकारी से भगतसिंह ने कहा - आप खुशकिस्मत हैं कि आज आप अपनी आंखों से यह देखने का अवसर पा रहे हैं कि भारत के क्रांतिकारी किस प्रकार प्रसन्नतापूर्वक अपने सर्वोच्च आदर्श के लिए मृत्यु का आलिंगन कर सकते हैं। फिर तीनों वीरों ने नारा लगाया - इंकलाब जिंदाबाद, साम्राज्यवाद मुर्दाबाद। और इसके बाद शीघ्र ही वे फांसी के तख्ते पर झूल गए।

धन्य  है  वो माँ जिन्होंने ऐसे 'वीर शेर'  को जन्म दिया.
