धर्म की धारणा ..(Perception of religion ..)

हमारे क्षणभंगुर जीवन में ‘धर्म’ का तात्पर्य धारण करने, धारणा बनाने से है। जीवन-मृत्यु, ईश्वर-नश्वर के बारे में चेतना से या सकारात्मक रहकर जो कुछ भी धारण किया जाएगा और जो वैचारिक धारणा बनेगी, वही ‘धर्म’ कहलाएगी। परंतु वर्तमान मानव जीवन ‘धर्म’ की नकारात्मक और प्रतियोगी वैचारिकी से ग्रस्त है। यदि किसी नकारात्मक और जीवन से निराश व्यक्ति को ‘धर्म’ के बारे में बताने लगें तो वह और ज्यादा नकारात्मकता ओढ़कर ‘धर्म’ और धार्मिक गतिविधियों को अपने कुतर्को से गलत सिद्ध करने का निर्थक प्रयास करता है। ऐसे लोगों को समझना होगा कि ‘धर्म’ के अंतर्गत उन्हें कभी भी किसी विशेष विचार को अपनाने के लिए नहीं कहा जाएगा, बल्कि उन्हें यह समझने की आवश्यकता है कि धर्म जीवन-जगत की प्राकृतिक धारणाओं को पूर्वाग्रह के बिना स्वीकार करने और उनके प्रति आभार प्रकट करने की पुण्य प्रवृत्ति है। यह इसलिए, क्योंकि हमारा जीवन हमारा अपना बनाया हुआ नहीं है। इसमें माध्यम तो हमारे माता-पिता बनते हैं, परंतु जिन पंचतत्वों के सम्मिश्रण से हमारे माता-पिता व हमारा जन्म होता है, उन्हें निर्मित, व्यवस्थित व संतुलित करने वाला तो कोई और ही है। इसीलिए जीवन में कुछ समय विचरण करने के बाद और अपने भौतिक ताने-बाने को खोकर हमारा आत्म-स्वरूप में जैसा या जो भी निरूपण होता है हमें उसके निर्धारक जगतपति ईश्वर के लिए शुभकामनाएं देनी चाहिए। हमें ‘धर्म’ के जगतव्यापी संस्कारों को अपनाना होगा। साथ ही स्वयं की सकारात्मक धार्मिक कल्पनाओं का विकास भी करना होगा। जब प्राकृतिक विधान, यम-नियम भी ‘धर्म’ से संचालित हैं, तब भी उसके प्रति निकृष्ट आचार-व्यवहार करने का नास्तिक अभ्यास यदि होता रहता है तो समझ लेना चाहिए कि नास्तिक लोगों का जीवन ही विकारग्रस्त है। इस तरह नास्तिक व्यक्ति अपने मूल्यवान मानवीय स्वरूप को कुतर्र्को और विवादों की कृत्रिम चादर ओढ़ाकर उसे व्यर्थ करने पर ही तुले हुए हैं, जबकि दूसरी ओर ‘धर्म’ नियोजित मानवीय जीवन निरंतर जीवन के सर्वश्रेष्ठ उद्देश्य की ओर बढ़ता रहता है। साधु-संत, गुरु-शिक्षक, माता-पिता आदि सभी भूमिकाओं में यदि मानव निर्धारित मर्यादाओं का पालन करता है, तो समङों कि वह ‘धर्म’ के ईश्वरीय आयाम से प्राणपण से जुड़ा हुआ है।
