गुरु तत्व ..(Guru element ..)

गुरु तत्व प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के जीवन में कहीं न कहीं, किसी न किसी रूप में व्याप्त होता है। लौकिक ज्ञान से लेकर ब्रह्म ज्ञान तक, जन्म से लेकर मृत्यु तक गुरु तत्व की उपस्थिति बनी रहती है। कोई शिक्षा गुरु होता है, तो कोई कुल गुरु। वस्तुत: गुरु सांस्कृतिक धरोहर है। गुरु ही संस्कार को परिष्कृत करता है। गुरु के आगमन से शिष्य के जीवन में वैचारिक परिवर्तन होता है। शिष्य की मनोदशा बदलती है। यह सब गुरु के अनुग्रह से संभव हो पाता है। स्वयं तप चुका गुरु ही, शिष्य को तपा सकता है यानी उसमें जाग्रति ला सकता है। तपने का तात्पर्य है-जागृति। स्वयं को समझने की शक्ति और सत्य को पाने की लालसा। गुरु केवल शिष्य को ज्ञानोपदेश नहीं देता है, बल्कि उसके अंदर अभिनव प्राण फूंकने का कार्य करता है। सच्चा शिष्य हमेशा ही अपने गुरु के प्रेम में भाव-विभोर रहता है। ऐसा इसलिए, क्योंकि वह जानता है कि जो सजगता, सतर्कता और सचेतनता उसके पास है वह गुरु के अनुग्रह से है। सद्गुरु चाहे तो शिष्य की जीवन दशा और दिशा, दोनों ही बदल सकता है। सद्गुरु अयोग्य शिष्य को भी योग्य बनाए रखने के लिए सदैव उसके पीछे लगे रहते हैं। वे जानते हैं कि शिष्य को क्या चाहिए। वह उसकी पात्रता के अनुसार उसे देते भी हैं। धर्मगुरुओं की वीथिकाएं, जो एक दिशा से दूसरी दिशा तक फैली हुई हैं। ये सब गुरुओं के विधानों के प्रतीक ही हैं। गुरु अपने शिष्य को कभी ओझल नहीं होने देता है।  प्राचीन ऋषि-मुनियों ने न ही गुरु परंपरा को ओझल होने दिया और न ही दिव्य शिष्य को। जहां प्रेम है वहां गुरु का प्रादुर्भाव है। गुरु बनने के साथ-साथ उसकी अपने प्रति तो जवाबदेही होती है, साथ ही समाज के प्रति उसे अपने दायित्व का बोध भी होना चाहिए। आज के समय में एक सद्गुरु की शायद आवश्यकता और भी बढ़ गई है, क्योंकि समाज निरंकुश होता जा रहा है। आपसी प्रेम और भाईचारा कम हो रहा है। कुछ अच्छा सोचें और करें। शायद यही समय की सच्ची मांग है। ज्ञान के बाद जो दीक्षा दे, वही सद्गुरु है। सद्गुरु ही अपने शिष्य को ईश्वर की अनुभूति करा सकता है। तभी तो भारतीय धर्म-दर्शन में सद्गुरु की महिमा का बखान किया गया है।
