खुशियां . ..(Happiness ..)

सृष्टि के समस्त जीवधारियों में मनुष्य ही सृष्टि की अनुपम रचना है और खुशियां प्रभु - प्रदत्त उपहारों में मनुष्य के लिए श्रेष्ठ वरदान होने के कारण सभी सद्गुणों की जननी कही जाती है। मनीषियों द्वारा ‘प्रसन्नता’ को भिन्न-भिन्न प्रकार से व्याख्यायित करते हुए कहा गया है कि प्रसन्नता जीवन का श्रृंगार, सुकोमल, और मधुर भाव-भूमि पर उगा और खिला हुआ सुगंधित पुष्प है। प्रसन्नता व्यक्ति के अंत:करण की सुकोमल और निश्छल भावनाओं की मूक अभिव्यक्ति के साथ ही उसके संघर्षपूर्ण जीवन-पथ की असफलताओं को सफलताओं में परिवर्तित करने की अद्भुत सामथ्र्य से परिपूर्ण होती है। प्रसन्नता व्यक्ति का दैवीय गुण है, जिसकी प्राप्ति के लिए व्यक्ति को न तो किसी विश्वविद्यालय में प्रवेश लेना पड़ता है और न ही किसी उच्च कौशल प्राप्त शिक्षक को खोजना पड़ता है।  प्रसन्नता तो व्यक्ति का मानसिक गुण है, जिसे व्यक्ति को अपने दैनिक जीवन के अभ्यास में लाना होता है। प्रसन्नता व्यक्ति के अंतर्मन में छिपे उदासी, तृष्णा और कुंठा जनित मनोविकारों को सदा के लिए समाप्त कर देती है। वस्तुत: प्रसन्नता चुंबकीय शक्ति संपन्न एक विशिष्ट गुण है। प्रसन्नता दैवी वरदान तो है ही, यह व्यक्ति के जीवन की साधना भी है। व्यक्ति प्रसन्न रहने के लिए एक खिलाड़ी की भांति अपनी जीवन-शैली और दृष्टिकोण को अपना लेता है। उसके जीवन के प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में सफलता - असफलता, जय-पराजय, और सुख-दुख उसके चिंतन का विषय नहीं होता। वह तो अपने निर्धारित लक्ष्य की ओर बढ़ता जाता है। प्रसन्न रहने वाला व्यक्ति परिस्थितियों से संघर्ष करते हुए अपने लक्ष्य को अवश्य प्राप्त कर लेता है। यदि वह असफल भी हो जाता है तो निराश होने और अपनी विफलता के लिए दूसरों को दोष देने की अपेक्षा अपनी चूक के लिए आत्मनिरीक्षण करना ही उचित समझता है। ज्ञानीजन और अनुभवी बताते हैं कि प्रसन्नता जैसे दैवीय-वरदान से कुतर्की और षड्यंत्रकारी लोग सदैव वंचित रह जाते हैं। प्रसन्न व्यक्ति स्वयं को प्रसन्न रखकर दूसरों को भी प्रसन्न रखने की अद्भुत सामर्थ रखता है। प्रसन्नता को प्रभु-प्रदत्त संपदा समझने वाले व्यक्ति ही सदैव सुखी रहते हुए यशस्वी, मनस्वी, महान और पराक्रमी बनकर समाज और राष्ट्र के लिए आदर्श स्थापित करने में सक्षम हो सकते हैं। प्रसन्नता ही सुखी जीवन का मूल मंत्र है।
