आत्म- तत्व उपनिषद् ..(Self Abstract Upanishads..)

कहते हैं कि इस दुनिया में यदि कुछ ढूंढ़ने के लिए है तो वह है सिर्फ आत्मतत्व। फिर भी यह कैसी विडंबना है कि मैं यानी मेरा शरीर और मेरी आत्मा एक ही बस्ती में रहते हैं, परंतु फिर भी न जाने क्यों मिलने को तरसते हैं। भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ने गीता में स्पष्ट रूप से कहा है कि मेरा ही अंश जीव में है। वस्तुत: नर से नारायण बनने की शक्ति हम मनुष्यों को ही परमात्मा ने दे रखी है, लेकिन हम हैं कि कौड़ी के मोल खुद को दुनिया के मेले में बेच रहे हैं। परमात्मा को समझना तो दूर उसके अंश आत्म-तत्व को समझने और जानने तक की न ही कोई हममें ललक है और न ही कोई प्रबल इच्छा। आपके और परमात्मा के बीच पर्दा है काम, क्रोध, लोभ, मद और मोह का। जब तक ये तमाम दुष्प्रवृत्तियां आपसे दूर नहीं होंगी, तब तक आपको परमात्मा के दर्शन नहीं हो सकेंगे। अगर आप अपने जीवन में आनंद प्राप्त करना चाहते हैं, सुख पाना चाहते हैं तो आनंद को अनुभव करने की इच्छा अपने मन में जाग्रत करें। अगर आप ऐसा चाहें कि आज आपको केवल आनंद मिले, केवल प्रसन्नता पानी है, केवल खिलते गुलाब और मुस्कराते फूल को देखना है तो उस दिन आपको कांटे नहीं दिखेंगे। यदि आप काम को नहीं देखेंगे तो आप पर काम का प्रभाव भी नहीं पड़ेगा। क्रोध को आप अगर स्वयं पर हावी नहीं होने देना चाहेंगे तो वह कभी भी आप पर प्रभाव नहीं डाल पाएगा, लेकिन इसके लिए आपको एक दृढ़ संकल्प लेना होगा। दृष्प्रवृत्तियों और विकारों को अपने से दूर रखने की एकमात्र असरदार दवा और माध्यम है-हमारा दृढ़संकल्प। आप सुबह उठकर यह निर्णय लें कि आज आपको दिन भर प्रसन्न रहना है, दुखी नहीं रहना चाहते तो आपके सामने जितनी भी चीजें हैं, आप उनमें प्रसन्नता का अनुभव करेंगे। आपके चारों ओर केवल आनंद के फव्वारे से बौछार होने लगेगी, लेकिन आपने तो उस फव्वारे को जबरदस्ती सील कर दिया है। आपने तो अपने बगीचे में बहुत से पैसे खर्च करके आनंद के फव्वारे तो लगा लिए हैं, लेकिन फव्वारे के अंतिम छोर पर जहां से पानी निकलता है, उसे आपने प्लास्टिक के टेप से बंद कर दिया है और दूसरों से कहते फिर रहे हैं कि फव्वारे से पानी नहीं निकल रहा है। फव्वारे से पानी निकलेगा कैसे, आपने तो उस मार्ग को ही अवरुद्ध कर दिया है।

You will not go away until all these Evil inclination, then you will not be able to see God. If you want to enjoy your life, enjoy the pleasure-seeking experience awakened a desire to please your mind. If you want to do that today, only bliss, only happiness is water, only to see the flowers blooming roses and smiles that day you will not fork. If you will not work you will not have an impact on the work. If you would not let anger on himself so he will not put any impact on you, but for that you will have a determination. Evil inclination and disorders only effective medication and to keep away from our medium-determination. You got up this morning and decide that today is the day to be happy, do not want to live next to you as many unhappy things, you will be happy in them. Around you will be showered with fountains only enjoy, but you have forced the fountain sealed.no water is coming out. How come water from the fountain, the path that you have blocked.
