कार्य और उसके परिणाम (Work and its results ..)

पुराणों के अनुसार स्वर्ग वह स्थान होता है, जहां देवता रहते हैं और अच्छे कर्म करने वाले इंसान की आत्मा को भी वहां स्थान मिलता है। इसके विपरीत बुरे काम करने वाले लोगों को नर्क भेजा जाता है। भगवत गीता के अनुसार काम, क्रोध और लोभ नर्क के तीन द्वार हैं। वैसे विज्ञान के इस युग में हमने तमाम ग्रह-उपग्रह खोज लिए हैं, लेकिन अब तक ऐसे किसी लोक के अस्तित्व की संभावना नहीं दिखती। वास्तविकता यही है कि स्वर्ग और नर्क का अस्तित्व समय-समय पर इसी पृथ्वी पर होता है। इसलिए वे दो अलग-अलग स्थान नहीं हैं, बल्कि इस विराट सृष्टि चक्र की विभिन्न अवधियां हैं। जो लोग प्रेम से जीवन जीते हैं, उनके लिए यह दुनिया स्वर्ग होती है और जो लोग द्वेष, क्रोध और ईष्र्या से जीते हैं, उनके लिए यही दुनिया नर्क बन जाती है। सत्य यही है कि हम खाली हाथ इस संसार में आते हैं और खाली हाथ ही हमें जाना होता है, लेकिन इस सत्य को जानने के बावजूद लोग माया के फेर में पड़ जाते हैं। उसके बाद माया उनसे जैसा कहती है, वे वैसा-वैसा करते जाते हैं। इस दौरान वे न अपना-पराया देखते हैं और न वे अधर्म करने से चूकते हैं। अपनों को दुखी करके कौन खुश हो सकता है या दूसरों के साथ अन्याय करके कौन सुखी रह सकता है, लेकिन ऐसे लोग इस बात से उस वक्त अनजान रहते हैं। और जब ऐसे लोगों के ऊपर मुसीबतों का पहाड़ गिरता है, तो ये उसे पुनर्जन्म के कर्म बता देते हैं। जबकि सारे कर्म और उनके फल इसी जन्म के होते हैं। यदि आप अच्छे कर्म करते हैं तो देर-सबेर ही सही उनके अच्छे फल इसी जीवन में आपको मिलेंगे। एक संत एक मार्ग से गुजरते, तो एक महिला अपनी बालकनी से रोज उनके ऊपर कूड़ा फेंक देती। संत कोई शिकायत नहीं करते और चुपचाप आगे बढ़ जाते। करीब एक सप्ताह तक यही क्रम चलता गया। लोगों ने संत से जब पूछा कि आप उस महिला को डांटते क्यों नहीं, तो संत ने कहा कि वह अपना कर्म कर रही हैं और मैं अपना। खैर, एक दिन संत जब उस मार्ग से गुजरे, तो महिला ने कूड़ा नहीं फेंका। संत को मालूम चला कि महिला बीमार पड़ गई हैं। वे उससे मिलने गए, तो महिला को अपनी गलती का अहसास हुआ और वह संत के पैरों में गिर गई। गीता में श्रीकृष्ण कहते हैं कि  ‘कार्य करो परिणाम की चिंता मत करो’।

Sooner or later, if you do good deeds in this life, you will find good fruit in their own right. A route passing through a saint, a woman rose from his balcony above them throws garbage. Saints do not have any complaints and quietly move on. That was the order of about one week. When people asked the saint that woman scolds him why not, he said saint and I'm doing my karma. Well, one day when the saint went that route, the garbage thrown by the woman. Saints know that the woman fell ill. They went to meet him, the woman realized her mistake and she fell into the feet of the saint. Krishna says in the Gita: "Do the work, do not worry about the results.")
