कर्म और भाग्य ..(Deed and Fate ..)

कर्मवादी कहते हैं कि भाग्य कुछ नहीं होता, जबकि भाग्यवादी कहते हैं कि किस्मत में लिखा ही सब कुछ होता है, भले ही कर्म कुछ भी करते रहो। सच यह है कि भाग्य और कर्म दोनों के बीच एक रिश्ता जरूर है। यानी भाग्य के बगैर कर्म अधूरा है और कर्म के बगैर भाग्य अधूरा है। अब यह बात अलग है कि कर्म से भाग्य बनता है या हम भाग्य से कर्म करते हैं। श्रीराम को वनवास हो चुका है। श्रीराम, सीता और लक्ष्मण, तीनों वन के लिए रवाना हो चुके हैं। राजा दशरथ इस पूरी घटना को भाग्य का लिखा मान रहे हैं, लेकिन श्रीराम के जाने के बाद जब वे कौशल्या के कक्ष में अकेले होते हैं तो उन्हें अपनी गलतियां नजर आने लगती हैं। युवावस्था में जाने-अनजाने श्रवण कुमार की हत्या की थी, बूढ़े मां-बाप से उनका इकलोता सहारा छिन लिया था। यह सब उसी का परिणाम था। जैसी करनी-वैसी भरनी का नियम मनुष्य के कर्म और भाग्य का समीकरण बनाता है। मनुष्य अपने ही कर्मो के कारण सुख-दुख, लाभ-हानि, जन्म-मरण प्राप्त करता है। संक्षेप में कहें, तो भाग्य हमारे कर्मो का वह हिस्सा है, जो हमारे भावी जीवन का निर्माता बनता है और नियंत्रक भी होता है, जबकि कर्म जान-बूझकर किया गया हो या अनजाने में, उसका फल कर्ता को जरूर मिलता है। कर्म रूपी बीज से ही भाग्य रूपी वृक्ष बनता है। एक गाय दलदल में फंसी हुई थी। एक चोर वहां से गुजरा, लेकिन गाय को उसी हाल में छोड़कर वह आगे बढ़ गया। कुछ दूर चलने पर उसे सोने की मोहरों से भरी थैली मिली। थोड़ी देर बाद एक वृद्ध साधु उसी मार्ग से गुजरा। गाय को दलदल में फंसा देखकर साधु ने उसकी मदद की। साधु ने गाय को बचा लिया, लेकिन साधु आगे बढ़ा तो एक गड्ढे में गिर गया। नारद ने इस घटना पर भगवान से पूछा, यह कौन-सा न्याय हुआ? भगवान मुस्कराते हुए बोले, नारद यह सही ही हुआ। जो चोर गाय को बचाए बगैर आगे बढ़ गया, उसे इस पाप के कारण केवल कुछ मोहरे ही मिलीं, जबकि उस वृद्ध साधु को गड्ढे में इसलिए गिरना पड़ा, क्योंकि उसके भाग्य में मृत्यु लिखी थी, लेकिन गाय को बचाने के कारण उसके पुण्य बढ़ गए और उसकी मृत्यु एक छोटी-सी चोट में बदल गई।
