मनुष्य का लक्ष्य है परमानंद को पहचानना, उसका अनुभव करना ..(Man's goal is to bliss Recognize, perceive it ..)

अक्सर ध्यान जहां होना चाहिए, वहां नहीं होता है। ज्यादातर लोगों के साथ ऐसा होता है कि जिस भी कार्य को वह कर रहे हैं, उस समय उस काम पर नहीं बल्कि कहीं और ही उनका ध्यान रहता है। जब किसी से बात कर रहे हैं तो वह भले ही उस व्यक्ति से बातें कर रहे हों, परंतु उस समय उनका ध्यान उस व्यक्ति पर भी नहीं होता है। ऐसे में उस व्यक्ति से बात भी पूरी नहीं हो पाती।

ऐसी ही लोग जब भगवान की आराधना के लिए बैठते हैं तो उनका मन भागता है, ‘अरे मैं उससे यह बात कहना भूल गया। उससे मैंने यह नहीं कहा, अब यह भी करना है, उसकी चिट्ठी भेजनी है, वगैरह-वगैरह।’ यह कैसी भक्ति है? ऐसी भक्ति से इस जीवन के अंदर आनंद कैसे आएगा? 

अगर आपका ध्यान एकाग्र हो तो आपका सारा जीवन ही सुधर जाए।

लोग पूछते हैं कि ‘इस जीवन का लक्ष्य क्या है?’ आप बताइए कि बैलगाड़ी का लक्ष्य क्या है? क्या हवा में उड़ना, गड्ढे खोदना? नहीं। बैलगाड़ी का एक लक्ष्य है- उसके आगे बैल लगेंगे और उसमें सामान रखा जायेगा या कोई आदमी बैठेगा। उसको एक जगह से दूसरी जगह ले जा सकती है। इसी तरह से नौका का क्या लक्ष्य है? नाव चीजों को पानी में इस पार से उस पार ले जाएगी।

उसी प्रकार आपके जीवन का लक्ष्य धन इकट्ठा करना या अपना नाम उज्ज्वल करना नहीं है, बल्कि उस परमानंद की अनुभूति करना है, जिसे आप आखिरी समय तक करते रह सकते हैं। मन तो सांसारिक पदार्थों की कामना करता रहता है। उससे आपका कुछ लेना-देना नहीं होना चाहिए। आपको उस परमपिता परमेश्वर से लेना-देना होना चाहिए, जो आपके हृदय के अंदर स्थित है। उस परमानंद की अनुभूति आप आखिरी सांस तक कर सकते हैं। उसकी अनुभूति करना ही आपके जीवन का लक्ष्य है। जब आप उसका अनुभव करेंगे, तब आपका हृदय पूर्ण तरीके से भरेगा। मनुष्य का संसार में आना तब तक सफल नहीं होता जब तक कि वह परमानंद को पहचान कर उसका अनुभव न करे। 

जब तक आपके जीवन के अंदर दृढ़ता नहीं होगी, जब तक आप अपना ध्यान केंद्रित कर अपने जीवन को नहीं चलाएंगे, तब तक आप कभी अपनी जिंदगी के अंदर कामयाब नहीं हो सकते। यह फार्मूला है। चाहे आप खेती करते हैं, व्यवसाय करते हैं, आफिस जाते हैं या कुछ भी करते हैं। अगर आप उस कार्य को ध्यान केंद्रित करके करेंगे तो उस कार्य में आपको कामयाबी मिलेगी। आपका टाइम भी बचेगा और जिस काम को आप आठ घंटे में करते हैं, वह काम आप दो घंटे में पूरा कर लेंगे। अगर बच्चे ध्यान केंद्रित करके पढ़ेंगे तो वे जरूर पास होंगे। परंतु लोगों का ध्यान कहां रहता है? कभी इधर भागता है, कभी उधर भागता है।

(There is often no where there should be meditation. It happens to most people that whatever work they are doing, at that time, they are meditated not only on that work but also their attention. While talking to someone, even if he is talking to that person, he does not even notice that person at that time. In such a situation, even the person could not complete the talk.

When such people sit for God's worship, their mind runs away, 'Oh I forgot to say this to him. I did not say this to him, now he has to do this, send his letter, etc. and so on. 'What is this devotion? How will such happiness come inside this life?

If your focus is concentrated then improve your whole life.

People ask, 'what is the goal of this life?' Tell me what is the goal of bullock cart? Do fly in the air, dig the pit? No. The bullock cart is a goal - it will be bulls ahead and the baggage will be kept in it or any person will sit. Can take it from one place to another. What is the purpose of the boat in this way? The boat will take things from this cross in the water.

In the same way your goal of life is not to raise money or to make your name bright, but to experience that bliss, which you can continue till the last time. The mind then desires the worldly substances. You should not have anything to do with it. You should have to take with God the Father who is located inside your heart. The feeling of that bliss can make you till the last breath. It is the goal of your life to experience it. When you experience it, then your heart will be completely filled. Human's

Coming into the world does not succeed until it recognizes the bliss and experiences it.

Unless you have perseverance in your life, unless you focus on your life by focusing on your life, you can never succeed within your life. This is the formula. Whether you cultivate, do business, go to office or do anything. If you focus on doing that work then you will get success in that work. Your time will also survive and the work you do in eight hours will be completed in two hours. If children are focused and read, they will definitely pass. But where is the people's attention ? sometimes runs away, sometimes they run away.)
