विकास की यात्रा अकेले संभव नहीं होती। आगे बढ़ते रहने के लिए जरूरी है कि आप अपने साथ-साथ दूसरों को भी आगे बढ़ाएं। अपने संपर्क में आने वाले लोगों के जीवन को सकारात्मक ढंग से प्रभावित करें। दूसरों को आगे बढ़ाने की सबसे बड़ी सुंदरता यह है कि आपकी अपनी शक्ति कभी कमजोर नहीं होती। दूसरों के लिए आपकी एक स्वीकृति, एक हंसी या एक छोटा-सा प्रयास उनके दिन को बना सकता है।

दूसरों को यूं बनाएं सशक्त:

- दूसरों के प्रयास व उनके संघर्षों की तारीफ करें। 

- हर समय दूसरों की आलोचना न करें।   

- अपनी जानकारी व कौशल को दूसरों के साथ बांटें। 

- कार्य के दौरान अपनी टीम के साथ पारदर्शिता बरतें। 

- दूसरे लोगों की जानकारी व अधिकारों में विस्तार करें। महत्वपूर्ण निर्णयों में उन्हें शामिल करें।  

- दूसरों को उनकी क्षमताओं और शक्ति से परिचित कराएं। 

- अपने सपनों को जिएं और दूसरों को उनके सपने हासिल करने में मदद करें।

- दूसरों को यह अहसास कराएं कि वे भी प्यार करने के योग्य हैं।  

- दूसरों के छोटे-बड़े कार्यों की उपयोगिता को समझते हुए उन्हें अपने समान समझें। 

- दूसरों के साथ पूर्वाग्रह न रखें। 

- दूसरों से पेश आते समय अपने अहंकार पर नियंत्रण रखें।

- अपने संपर्क में आने वाले लोगों की ओर देखकर मुस्कुराएं,  उनके हाल के बारे में जानें, आपके प्रति किए गए     उनके कार्यों के लिए सम्मान व्यक्त करें,  उनके शुभ की कामना करें।

- उनकी सफलता में खुशी महसूस करें। उनकी उपलब्धियों पर उन्हें बधाई दें। उनकी तारीफ करें।

- अपनी सफलता को उनके  प्रयासों के साथ जोड़ें।

- आपसे सलाह या मदद की अपेक्षा होने पर पूरी ईमानदारी से उनके लिए कोशिश करें।

- सभी शक्तियों व लाभों को अपने पास न रखते हुए दूसरों से बांटें।
